Jenna Blackson
Project Manager
Weirdo
Can we get a little love for Project Managers? Rarely in the spotlight, yet holding it all together. Jenna is confident in her abilities and unafraid to stand firm when something feels off. She brings that same conviction to her work every day. She’s grounded, direct, and committed to doing what’s right for the team and the client. She pushes back when the easy answer isn’t the right one, and she’s almost always right. Her presence is equal parts precision and personality, making her a cultural anchor in our agency.
Jenna prides herself on being great at her job, not just “good at advertising.” That distinction drives her to question outdated practices and dismantle processes that no longer serve the work. She doesn’t follow the industry playbook, she rewrites it. Her willingness to challenge inefficiency keeps the team sharper and the work stronger.
Jenna makes the agency better in ways you can see and feel. She keeps projects moving, clients informed, and teams engaged. She’s a steady hand in high-pressure situations and has a rare ability to speak truth to power, even when that means putting someone in their place. Her behind-the-scenes work is the backbone of our best client relationships.
Jenna grew up in Downriver, Michigan, a place known for its blue collar grit and deep community ties. She brings that ethos into a very non-blue collar industry. It’s what allows her to call out nonsense with clarity, then turn around and offer genuine warmth to the person on the other side of it. She also plays bass, loves the sun, and runs a kombucha business, each reflecting her creativity, independence, and commitment to craft.
While the specifics are hers to share, Jenna’s approach to work and life is built on the belief that you can’t rely on anyone but yourself. That mindset fuels her independence, self-reliance, and refusal to compromise her values. These are qualities that define her career and her character.
