This scrappy yet mighty team is redefining what a modern social department can do. 

 

Consistently thinking outside the calendar that confines most social teams, this agile squad is wired to be more than creators: they’re cultural engineers, brand strategists, and new business catalysts.

 

Besides shooting quick-turn content straight from their phones for same-day posting, they travel to shoots to create social-first content that supercharges our clients' brand efforts, crafting trend-forward content to enchant eyeballs that TV or digital campaigns could never reach.

 

This team doesn’t just “post” – they listen. When they’re not creating content, they’re logged in as our clients scouring for comments, insights, and feedback. The result? A drip feed of consumer knowledge used to shape client briefs and fuel entire brand campaigns. On top of this, they proactively and strategically engage with other brands to expand reach, build a fan base, and foster community in unexpected places.


What really sets our team apart? Using organic social as an (almost) no-rules testing ground, our social team transforms overperforming organic content into paid ads that skyrocket CTR and slash CPA. Next, we bring these learnings to the brand team to supercharge our briefs before even kicking off creative. We call this strategic cross-pollination of organic and paid “Social Studies” – and we expect it to be copied by just about everyone in the back half of the year.

 

And they don’t stop there. This team is the engine behind some of our boldest new business wins, including earning the trust of DUDE Wipes, which built almost their entire brand on social antics. Needless to say, this nimble crew isn’t just punching above their weight; they’re shattering the perception of what's possible on social.

  • Won five new clients in one year, including O’Keeffe’s, Crazy Candy, Stop & Shop, Splenda, and Dude Wipes Social – demonstrating our team’s momentum and growing reputation across CPG, food & beverage, and grocery.
  • Transformed Stop & Shop’s social presence into a vibrant, engaging platform that consistently outperforms KPIs month-over-month. Once known for being the number one stop for followers to complain about everything, the community is now known for consistently engaging with our relatable, uplifting content in positive ways. This relationship has proven so fruitful that the VP, Brand Experience wants to pursue a joint speaking circuit to highlight the power of true agency-client collaboration.
  • Started throwing down on DUDE Wipes' organic content (no easy feat considering they keep their feed under lock and key). With their blessing, we were able to create multiple posts that reached over 1M views and hundreds of thousands of shares. Finally, we conducted an organic-to-paid experiment where our videos outperformed their traditional paid ads, increasing CTR by 15.5 points while slashing CPA 95%.
