In collaboration with Dutch Bros, we launched the Dutch Bros Creative Collective (DBCC). Focused on mentorship, collaboration, and themed video and photo assignments, the program stayed true to Dutch Bros' vibrant workplace culture. We provided hands-on guidance across pre-production, and post, offering real-world insights, workshops, and tailored feedback from industry professionals. We built it from the ground up, creating their playbook, handbook and toolkits, equipping both attendees and DB staff with everything needed for success.
 


The brief was clear. DB had talent within their ranks and they wanted to nurture their growth outside making coffee drinks. Creating an experience that felt valueable and was fun for selected baristas was the primary objective. Second to that would be generating fun user-generated content that could be shared with the national barista colleague population as well as on socials.

 


We produced 38 videos and 26 photo shoots from 6 skill workshops—but the real KPI was impact. Candid feedback and on-the-ground buzz showed the DBCC team gained rock star-like recognition at their stands. Their work—and video testimonials—said it all, they were learning, feeling invested-in, creating authentic and all while creating authentic content for their brand. The program was renewed, earned company-wide recognition, and with a strong foundation built, we proudly handed the reins to Dutch Bros to carry it forward.

For us, it was a huge win getting the opportunity to work with such energetic and ambitious future creators. We know they will go on to do great things!
