The VCA Energy Campaign was designed to help VCA Associates manage their energy while promoting health and well-being resources in a supportive, joyful way. The initiative includes an engagement toolkit to help Associates recognize low energy, find personalized ways to re-energize, and connect with VCA resources. This resulted in "Taking Care of Our Energy," a multifaceted campaign with a care package full of Breathe Stickers, Wellness Trackers, along with Digital Touch Points, all designed to make Associates feel supported.

2. How to take action that works for you (what gives you energy?)
3. Here are some ideas or VCA resources to help
VCA launched an internal campaign in July 2024 around taking care of our energy as an action from our 2023 Mars Associate Survey results since “energized” was the lowest overall theme.
