Clever utilized VCA's refreshed employee positioning to help deliver on the VCA experience across varying veterinary conferences. VCA's brand narrative touches both physical and digital spaces, from interactive digital touchpoints to merchandise and large-scale kaleidoscope-like window clings. In 2025, Clever sought to connect the overarching theme back to VCA’s Associate Energy Campaign through powerful messaging and dynamic custom photography that evokes a sense of pride and infectious energy.

Leveraging audience research and trade show insights, we create focused, impactful concepts that, combined with creative design, drive meaningful engagement at every touchpoint.
Results:
In collaboration with VCA and 3DExhibits, we created an engaging AI-powered experience for pet parents at the booth. Visitors were invited to scan a unique QR code with their phones, which directed them to a website where they answered a series of questions about their pet’s personality and uploaded 5–10 photos. Using this information, the AI generated a personalized portrait of their pet, complete with playful attire and accessories (think leather jackets and bedazzled collars) that matched their pet’s unique personalities.
