In rural East Idaho, if you want the best healthcare, you go to the big city. Until now. Idaho Falls Community Hospital is changing that by positioning itself as the region’s hospital for expert emergency care.  


East Idaho isn’t often associated with top-tier healthcare. The perception? If you want the best, you go to the big city. Idaho Falls Community Hospital wants to redefine that by positioning itself as the region’s hospital for expert emergency care. 


We needed this campaign to establish trust and connect with the audience. Because trust isn’t given; it’s earned in Idaho, the expected in-hospital visuals wouldn’t cut it. That meant putting patients first in a way that felt true to them. Keep On captures Idahoans living life on their terms, going all in, and knowing the best emergency care is there if they need it.

 

Post-launch, Idaho Falls Community Hospital saw real results with: 

  • Increased patient volume in emergency care (+4%), inpatient care (+16% Med-Surg/+7% ICU), and intermediate care services (+24%).
  • 170% increase in visits to the Patient & Visitors web page.

Most importantly, more Idahoans now know that high-quality, accessible care is there so they can keep on with confidence.
