Make-a-Wish North Texas // Wish Night

An identity and event materials campaign for Make-A-Wish North Texas' annual Wish Night.


Our task was to create meaningful and motivating event materials for Make-A-Wish North Texas' most important fund raising event. From invitations to presentation templates to a spectacular drone show during the event, we set the tone for a very special evening.


Wish Night is the organization's largest fundraising event of the year, so it was imperative that our look and feel for the event set the tone for the evening by inspiring a sense of intrigue, hope, and commitment to a common goal. Through our "Constellate" concept, we were able to elevate the already well-known Make-A-Wish branding into a larger story of being part of something bigger than oneself and the lasting impact of that unity.

While it's difficult to quantify if the feeling of the event was successful, we do know that the client loved that our concept had more sophisticated, deeper ties to the Make-A-Wish mission and brand than the typical "themes" used in previous years. In fact, they loved the concept so much that it became a focal point of the evening with a drone show that brought many of our constellations to life. Additionally, they sought to use the concept for other fundraising events in 2023 and refreshed it for the Wish Night 2024, demonstrating its impact.


Make-A-Wish North Texas, part of the national Make-A-Wish Foundation, grants thousands of life changing wishes for children battling critical illnesses. These wishes give families hope through dark times, strength to persevere, and experiences that bring them closer together. Wish Night is their annual gala to raise money and announce wish recipiants.
