Stoltz partnered with Intuit to tell impactful stories spotlighting small businesses that use QuickBooks and Mailchimp. The focus was on instilling pride and inspiration among over 7,000 Intuit employees around the world. Venturing to Northern Ireland, we collaborated with Ardmore to capture the adventurous spirit of the Salty Sea Sisters, a duo empowering women through outdoor exploration. This video is part of a series shown at All-hands meetings, highlighting Intuit's dedication to supporting small businesses and fostering emotional connections.


Intuit, a tech powerhouse, wanted to revitalize employee engagement with its global workforce of over 7,000 QuickBooks and Mailchimp employees. Insights showed a disconnect between employees' daily tasks and the tangible impact on small business owners.

Our challenge was to bridge this gap by showcasing the direct, life-changing effect of employees' work on small businesses globally. Our objective was to foster empathy for the customers and instill pride in employees. There’s a lot to be proud of.


Despite a tight timeline and modest budget, we successfully addressed the challenge by producing an award-winning video that seamlessly blends their inspiring story with practical demonstrations of product integration and valuable user feedback. Leveraging our partnership with an agency halfway around the world enabled efficient collaboration and cost-effective production. Employee feedback after the video aired was overwhelmingly positive, indicating a significant boost in pride and engagement among the workforce.

As an added bonus, we were able to amplify the Salty Sea Sisters’ story on a global scale.
