Iconic magazine for Arciform

information

Arciform

SBD AGENCY

Iconic is a digital magazine that we created to showcase the work of our client, Arciform, a design-build remodeling + renovation company that’s “inspired by the stories of people and places.” We wanted stealth marketing that didn't feel like marketing, that entertained, informed, and beguiled a target audience interested in remodels, generating enthusiastic customers for our client. https://www.arciform.com/iconic

Many architects and remodelers, shy away from overt advertising; Arciform's no different. We were charged with creating a vehicle that would raise awareness of their beautiful work and show prospective clients how creative, detailed, collaborative, and fun they are to work with. Without sounding like marketing. Iconic was born. A digi-mag full of stories of projects, DIY info, profiles of the design team + creative partners they work with. Examples of their community giving. And a directory of design-build partners.

We followed the stories. One project story per mag, highlights the gorgeous work, plus Arciform’s collaboration with the owners. “ArciFiles” profiles Arciform team members plus partners in the home industry, portraying Arciform as hub of a creative community. DIY articles show their generosity. Articles about Arciform community involvement garner goodwill. Iconic: Raised Arciform’s visibility among target market. Portrayed Arciform as preeminent remodeling firm for vintage homes/buildings. Readership has grown:17,000 impressions/5,500 reads so far, plus calls from prospects who “loved what they saw” in Iconic.

Arciform works mainly in the greater Portland, metro. Portland is a city full of vintage architectural period homes and buildings. People who buy, and companies who inhabit, these structures care about their historical nature, while needing them to be more modern, livable, and efficient. Arciform fulfills this niche need.
