In partnership with YouthCare, On the Rise exposes and immerses young people from historically excluded communities to the world of commercial real estate with classes specific to Design, Project + Facilities Management, and Tech trades. The program is designed to help participants achieve internships, apprenticeships, or full-time jobs.

Our team was tasked with raising awarness around the program while simulatoisuly celebrating the recent graduates from the program. We decided to put together a case study video for last year's On the Rise program and their graduates.

Celebrate the achievements of the graduates.

We created a case study that was able to acheive the goals of the brief. Featured on the Porter Blog and LinkedIn, the video helped raise awareness on this program/Porter's commitment to social impact, raise additional funding for the program, and gain particiapnts in next year's program.
